These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the xbajkk platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and xbajkk. You must read them carefully and in full before registering an account or using any part of the xbajkk platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.

1 Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and maintain an active account on xbajkk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

2 Account Use and Security
Upon successful registration, xbajkk grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. The following rules apply to your account at all times:
- Your xbajkk account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other individual to access, operate, or place wagers using your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your account.
- You must notify xbajkk's support team immediately at [email protected] if you have any reason to believe that your login credentials have been compromised, shared, or accessed by an unauthorised person.
- xbajkk shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

xbajkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, including but not limited to suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other players.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing
xbajkk processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket unless otherwise stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. xbajkk reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of any outstanding KYC (Know Your Customer) checks.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is approximately 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, subject to network availability. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
- xbajkk does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which xbajkk accepts no responsibility.
- Deposits made to your xbajkk account may not be refunded once they have been credited, except in circumstances where xbajkk determines at its sole discretion that a refund is appropriate.
- Any winnings derived from funds deposited using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will be voided and any account associated with such activity will be immediately closed.
BDT payments only. xbajkk processes all transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. No foreign currency conversions are applied at the platform level. The ৳ symbol represents BDT throughout the Platform.
4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
From time to time, xbajkk may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match promotions, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:
- Bonuses are available to eligible, verified players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each individual promotion.
- Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly communicated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonus funds and free-spin winnings may not be withdrawn directly; they must be converted to real money by meeting the stated wagering requirements within the specified time limit.
- xbajkk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing wagering requirements already being worked through by a player remain in effect until completion or expiry.
- Attempting to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.
- Promotional offers advertised in connection with Bangladeshi seasonal events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, or IPL/BPL seasons are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published at the time of each promotion.
5 Betting Rules and Game Conduct
All sports bets, casino wagers, and game sessions on xbajkk are subject to the following general rules. Specific game-by-game rules are published within each game or betting market on the Platform:
- All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. xbajkk will not cancel or amend a confirmed wager except in cases where a clear and demonstrable technical error has occurred on the Platform's side.
- In the event of a technical failure, network outage, or game disconnection mid-round, xbajkk will endeavour to settle affected bets in accordance with the most recent valid game state recorded by our servers.
- xbajkk sports betting markets are priced and settled by our trading team. In the event of a pricing error or incorrectly listed market, xbajkk reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the respective accounts.

xbajkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. 10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xbajkk is incorporated as an international operator. In the event of any dispute between you and xbajkk, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in xbajkk's jurisdiction of incorporation.
Nothing in this clause prevents xbajkk from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent activity on the Platform.
